ARTISANAL BRITTLES

Our brittle candies are crafted using secrets from Grandma Gin

Virginia 'Gin' Brown, Sam's Grandma, taught her many secrets to crafting perfect sweets over the years, but none of them had more of a lasting impact than the lessons she learned while making her peanut brittle.  Crafting this candy required you to use all of your senses.

  • Recognizing the perfect color syrup

  • Smelling syrup that has caramelized to the the very edge of perfection

  • Feeling the syrup's viscosity when pulling your spoon through

  • The quiet hum of ingredient ready syrup

Our brittle candies are the perfect sweet snack and can be enjoyed alone, enrobbed in chocolate or baked into your favorite dessert breads and cakes.

DESSERT SAUCES

Our story began with our Sweet Cream Caramel Sauce

Sweet Cream Caramel Sauce is our flagship dessert sauce flavor, but that's just the beginning of our sweet story!  We craft a menu of always gluten free and mostly vegan dessert sauces that are the perfect addition to iced/hot coffees, milkshakes, ice cream and so much more.
